Access to and use of this Senior Living Reporting ("BerryDunn Portal") is provided subject to the following terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time at BerryDunn’s sole discretion

Access

The agreement to use and access BerryDunn Senior Living Portal is entered between Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC (“BerryDunn”) and each individual who requests access to BerryDunn Senior Living Portal (“User”). A User is prohibited from sharing credentials or access to BerryDunn Portal with any other person and/or entity beyond the individual listed at the time of account creation. Violation of this provision will result in immediate termination of an account.

The information, artwork, text, video, audio, or pictures (collectively "Information") contained on the BerryDunn.com website are the copyrighted works of Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC ("BerryDunn") or its suppliers. All rights reserved.

Use

Except as otherwise indicated, you may view, copy, print and distribute the Information available on the BerryDunn Portal subject to the following conditions:

What information we gather and track

When you request access to the BerryDunn Senior Living Portal, BerryDunn maintains the information provided when requesting access. This information includes your name, organization you are affiliated with, email address and your PTAN/CCN information. The BerryDunn Senior Living Portal uses cookies only to recognize a User’s session and which portal is being used. These cookies are not permanent and expire after one day. BerryDunn Senior Living Portal does not use, gather, or track information via cookies outside of the temporary session cookies. When you submit information to us, we endeavor to protect such information against unauthorized disclosures by using secure technologies.
